Ink jet owners know that their printers consume cartridges like an SUV gobbles gas. A set of ink cartridges for the
DeskJet 995c costs $65. HP says a black cartridge should print about 833 pages, and a color cartridge about 450
pages. This works out to about 11.4 cents per page.
The HP 5500 Color LaserJet uses about 8.9 cents worth of
toner per page. These figures are for 5% page coverage as stated by Hewlett Packard and does not include the
cost of the paper.

pre-printed invoice forms, based on total invoices printed per month. The graph clearly shows the
cost of our forms to be about 1/3 the cost of Ink jet printer cartridges.

Pro v5.1 and above, as well as, GroundsKeeper Lite v3.8 and above. The paper
will not work with lower versions of our software due to a slightly different invoice design. You may
download the latest version of GroundsKeeper Pro
and GroundsKeeper Lite for free from this website.
